Proyecto de inversión para la ampliación de la Destiladora de Tequila Marava S.P.R. de R.L.

Abstract

The Blue Agave Tequilana Weber is the only one allowed by the Mexican Official Standard NOM-006 - SCFI - 2005, valid from April 25, 2006, for the production of Tequila. This agave is a plant that is grown exclusively in the territory that is protected by the Appellation of Origin of Tequila, which includes the entire State of Jalisco, 11 municipalities in the state of Tamaulipas, 8 municipalities of Nayarit, 7 municipalities of Guanajuato and 30 Municipalities in the State of Michoacán. At the close of 2007, according to data from C.R.T. there had been planted in the 30 municipalities covered with D.O.T in the state since 2000, a total of 15,638,408 and for the year 2008 they had to registered 1,470,808 additional plants, that means the area under cultivation is approximately 5.700 hectares. The agave planted between 2002 and 2003 is reaching its maturity, a situation that has generated great concern among producers, for this reason is very important for the production chain that this tequilera participates in the quick transformation of mature agave to tequila and work within the committee system state product, with the Michoacán Producers AC agave tequila (COMIPAT) in crop planning to order the production chain aimed at balancing supply and demand of raw material agave, to create a value network. The company Marava Tequila Distiller S.P.R. of R.L. has a field of 19.342 m2, located at kilometer 1.5 of the road leading to the Congregation of Pomas of ranching in the region of Maravatio. Currently Marava Tequila Distiller has an installed capacity to produce 3.000 liters of tequila per day within the range of 55 ° GL. Production is estimated to climb, considering starting with a volume of 750 liters of tequila per day 55 º GL, that is to operate 25% of its installed capacity, per year will produce 1.000 liters per day, the 2nd year will produce 1.500 liters per day to the 3rd year will produce 2.000 liters per day, the 4th year will produce 2.500 liters per day and to the 5th year will produce 3.000 liters daily, situation planed as a backdrop for the project, which will be accelerated according to the rate of penetration and market positioning.

El Agave Tequilana Weber Variedad Azul es el único agave permitido por la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM- 006- SCFI – 2005, vigente a partir del 25 de abril del 2006, para la elaboración de Tequila. Este agave es una planta que se debe cultivar exclusivamente en el territorio que está protegido por la Denominación de Origen del Tequila, el cual comprende todo el Estado de Jalisco, 11 Municipios del estado de Tamaulipas, 8 Municipios de Nayarit, 7 Municipios de Guanajuato y 30 Municipios del Estado de Michoacán. Al cierre del año 2007, según datos del C.R.T. habían sido plantadas en los 30 municipios protegidos con la D.O.T. en el estado, desde el año 2000 un total de 15,638,408 y para el año 2008 tenían por registrar 1,470,808 plantas adicionales; es decir la superficie bajo cultivo es de 5,700 hectáreas aproximadamente. El agave plantado entre el año 2002 y el año 2003 está alcanzando su madurez, situación que ha generado gran inquietud entre los productores, por lo que es muy importante para la cadena productiva que esta tequilera participe rápidamente en la transformación del agave maduro en tequila y colabore en el seno del comité estatal del sistema producto, con el Consejo Michoacano de Productores de agave tequilero A.C. (COMIPAT) en la planeación del cultivo para ordenar la cadena productiva tendiente a balancear la oferta y la demanda de la materia prima agave, procurando crear una red de valor. La empresa Destiladora de Tequila Marava S.P.R. de R.L. cuenta con un terreno de 19,342 m2; localizado en el kilómetro 1.5 de la terracería que conduce a la ranchería de Congregación de Pomas, en el municipio de Maravatio. Actualmente la Destiladora de Tequila Marava tiene una capacidad instalada para producir 3,000 litros diarios de tequila con una graduación de 55º G.L.
