Abstract

In Mexico there is a great diversity of activities is to generate the economy of our country, this happens thanks to small employer groups with ideas of growth and opportunity in the business field development at the national level but also internationally, have the ability to compete with large foreign companies. Every beginning of a new project involves risks, yet also change, when starting open a business and there is no certainty whether it will be beneficial or not, it is necessary to develop a study to understand the needs of employers when wanting start a business, or in your case if you already have him know better alternatives for your business, choosing strategies to continue to grow, and have a support in the future have greater benefits. Cooperatives have had great importance in recent times, on the one hand will not have adequate knowledge of all the benefits that are have, however if you have knowledge and studies on these cooperative societies will find great benefits, as they can engage in any economic activity to tender for that reason this work is done to raise awareness of the great benefits and alternatives have to be this type of society.

En México existe gran diversidad de actividades que viene a generar la economía de nuestro país, esto sucede gracias a los grupos de pequeños empresarios con ideas de crecimiento y oportunidad de desarrollo en el ámbito empresarial a nivel nacional como internacional, tener la capacidad de competir con grandes empresas extranjeras. Todo inicio de un nuevo proyecto implica riesgos, todo cambio también, al momento de iniciar y abrir un negocio se tiene la incertidumbre si será benéfica o no, para esto es necesario desarrollar un estudio, para conocer las necesidades de los empresarios al momento de querer iniciar una actividad económica, o en su caso si ya la tiene, darle a conocer mejores alternativas para su negocio, elegir estrategias para que siga creciendo, tener un sostenimiento y en un futuro tener mayores beneficios. Las sociedades cooperativas han tenido gran relevancia en los últimos tiempos, que por una parte no tendrán un conocimiento adecuado de todos los beneficios que están tienen, sin embargo si se tienen conocimiento y se estudia sobre estas sociedades cooperativas encontrarán los grandes beneficios, ya que pueden dedicarse a cualquier actividad económica licita, por tal motivo se realiza el presente trabajo para dar a conocer los grandes beneficios y alternativas que se tiene al constituir esta tipo de sociedad.
