In the current document research, shows a business plan, which aims to see the feasibility of opening a new establishment of spin Bar-Restaurant in Morelia Michoacán. A business plan is a guide for the entrepreneur or businessperson. It is a document that describes a business, the market situation is analyzed and actions to be undertaken in the future, with corresponding strategies to be implemented for both the promotion and the manufacture are established (Alcaraz, 2006). Considering the elements of the business plan was carried out market research via surveys to potential customers, these results were interpreted and developed a report to investors generally be a feasible project as demand requires places of entertainment and the supply falls short of this need. Moreover technical study was conducted which shows the optimal location of the project and management study that identifies the organizational structure of the same. In the same way financial analysis was performed on the profitability of property using various formats in which reflected the amounts necessary to carry out, resulting in that the project is feasible and profitable, so anyone interested in invest in this business, you must perform or continue the business plan as presented and have a greater chance of success in your business.
La presente investigación de tesis, muestra un plan de negocios, el cual tiene por objetivo identificar la factibilidad de abrir un establecimiento del giro Restaurante-Bar dentro de Ciudad de Morelia Michoacán. Un plan de negocios es una guía para el emprendedor o empresario. Se trata de un documento donde se describe un negocio, se analiza la situación del mercado y se establecen las acciones que se realizarán en el futuro, junto a las correspondientes estrategias que serán implementadas, tanto para la promoción como para la fabricación (Alcaraz, 2006). Considerando los elementos del plan de negocios se llevó a cabo la investigación de mercado a través de 52 encuestados estimando que fuesen posibles clientes o segmentación de mercado, se interpretaron estos resultados y se elaboró un informe para los inversionistas siendo en términos generales un proyecto factible ya que la demanda requiere de lugares de esparcimiento y la oferta queda por debajo de esta necesidad. Por otra parte se realizó el estudio técnico en donde se muestra la ubicación óptima del proyecto y el estudio administrativo que permite identificar la estructura organizacional del mismo. De la misma manera se realizó un análisis financiero sobre la rentabilidad del establecimiento, utilizando diversos formatos en donde se plasman las cantidades necesarias para poder llevarlo a cabo, dando como resultado, que el proyecto es factible y rentable, por lo que cualquier persona interesada en invertir en este tipo de negocio, debe realizar o seguir el plan de negocios como el que se presenta y tendrá mayores posibilidades de éxito en su empresa.
