In order to contribute to the improvement of educational quality, this research work includes all levels of education in the state of Michoacán. The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate the quality of telecommunications services in the educational spaces of the state of Michoacán, with the interest of knowing its diagnosis and propose alternatives for its improvement in order to determine the relationship of the existing variables in the quality of telecommunications services and education spaces in the state. The essential objectives are to provide analysis of results, conclusions and provide suggestions regarding the subject. For this analysis, the database of the México Connected Project operated by the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo in 2015 will be used. This information was the product of an on-site research work. Subsequently, this information is entered into the SPSS system (statistical software), where indicators are obtained to analyze the variables and their impact on the quality of the telecommunications service of the different education systems. After integrating all the information, the behavior of each of the variables is analyzed. In this way we analyze the behavior, dimension and frequency of the variables to obtain the behavior of each of the sites. Finally the conclusions are reached and the necessary recommendations are exposed as an alternative or suggestion for the improvement of the telecommunications services in the educational spaces of the different regions of the state.
Con la finalidad de contribuir al mejoramiento de la calidad educativa, este trabajo de investigación contempla todos los niveles de educación en el estado de Michoacán. El propósito de realizar esta investigación radicó en evaluar la calidad de los servicios de telecomunicaciones en los espacios educativos del estado de Michoacán, con el interés de conocer su diagnóstico y proponer alternativas para su mejoramiento con el fin de determinar la relación de las variables existentes en la calidad en el servicio de las telecomunicaciones y los espacios de educación en el estado. Los objetivos esenciales es proporcionar el análisis de resultados, conclusiones y proporcionar sugerencias referentes al tema. Para este análisis se utilizará la base de datos del Proyecto México Conectado operado por la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo en el año 2015. Esta información fue producto de un trabajo de investigación in situ. Posteriormente dicha información, se ingresa al sistema SPSS (software estadístico), donde se obtienen indicadores para analizar las variables y su impacto con la calidad en el servicio de las telecomunicaciones de los diferentes sistemas educativos. Después de integrar toda la información se analiza el comportamiento de cada una de las variables. De esta manera analizamos el comportamiento, dimensión y frecuencia de las variables para obtener el comportamiento de cada uno de los sitios. Finalmente se llega a las conclusiones y se exponen las recomendaciones necesarias como una alternativa o sugerencia para el mejoramiento de los servicios de telecomunicaciones en los espacios educativos de las diferentes regiones del estado.
