Noncommutative geometry of quantum groups and quantum spaces is an area in mathematics that has been in intense activity over the past 30 years. The theory of quantum groups provides a large family of very interesting examples, namely the quantum flag manifolds, which seem to fit well into Conne’s framework of noncommutative geometry. This approach requires the construction of a differencial calculus on the corresponding coordinate algebra as well as the study of the associated Dirac operator. In this thesis we introduced and investigate the Dolbeault-Dirac operator associated to the irreducible quantum flag manifold of type B2. The main ingredients are the quantum group version of the Bernstein-Gelfand-Gelfand resolution and the representation theory of the quantum group Uq(so(5)). An explicit calculation and complete description of the spectrum of the Dirac operator is established and it is shown that this allows us to construct a Uq(so(5))cop-equivariant, 0+-summable, even espectral triple for the underlying quantum flag manifold.
La geometría no conmutativa de grupos cuánticos y espacios cuánticos es un área en matemáticas que ha estado en intensa actividad durante los últimos 30 años. La teoría de grupos cuánticos proporciona una extensa familia de ejemplos muy interesantes, a saber, las variedades bandera cuánticas, las cuales parecen encajar bien en el marco de geometría no conmutativa de Connes. Este enfoque requiere la construcción de un cálculo diferencial sobre la correspondiente algebra coordenada, así como también el estudio del operador de Dirac asociado. En esta tesis introducimos e investigamos el operador de Dolbeault-Dirac asociado a la variedad bandera cuántica irreducible de tipo B2. Los ingredientes principales son la versión cuántica de la resolución de Bernstein-Gelfand-Gelfand y la teoría de representación del grupo cuántico Uq(so(5)). Un cálculo explícito y descripción completa del espectro del operador de Dirac es establecido y es mostrado que esto nos permite construir un triple espectral par, Uq(so(5))cop-equivariante, 0+-sumable para la variedad bandera cuántica subyacente.
