Proyecto de restauración de casa-habitación del siglo XIX en el Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Culiacán

Abstract

The architectural heritage not only consists of great monuments, any property that shows the identity of the society that built and inherited it also has heritage value, since it will persist as an object of documentation of the history of the site where it is located, this it can also be seen in the residential architecture. The object of study of this research is a property which was built for housing purposes, and now it is part of the heritage and architectural legacy of the city of Culiacán Rosales, it is in abandonment and stopped being used several years ago, for this reason it has undergone constant deterioration. There is no data that indicates its construction date, however, due to its characteristics it can be said that it is a property built between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. An architectural project for a new use that fits the demands of current needs and at the same time helps the preservation of the building is proposed, which will be based on the theoretical foundations in the field of restoration. The methodology applied in the development of the project is described, which consists of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the property, which includes the diagnosis, dictum, architectural intervention project and preliminary architectural design for the new use, which is proposed to be cultural due to the area of the city in which the property is located, it is also approached an inclusive adaptation, considering that the cultural heritage must be accessible to all people.

El patrimonio arquitectónico no sólo consiste en grandes monumentos, todo inmueble que muestre la identidad de la sociedad que lo construyó y heredó también tiene valor patrimonial, ya que éste persistirá como un objeto de documentación de la historia del sitio en donde se encuentra emplazado, esto se puede apreciar también en la arquitectura habitacional. El objeto de estudio de la presente investigación es un inmueble cuyo uso fue el de casa-habitación, el cual forma parte del patrimonio y legado arquitectónico de la ciudad de Culiacán Rosales, éste se encuentra en abandono y dejó de ser usado varios años atrás, por esta razón ha sufrido un constante deterioro. No hay datos que indiquen su fecha de construcción, sin embargo, por sus características se puede decir que se trata de un inmueble edificado entre finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX. Se plantea un proyecto arquitectónico para un nuevo uso que se ajuste a las exigencias de las necesidades actuales y a la vez ayude a la preservación del edificio, el cual se sustentará en los fundamentos teóricos en el campo de la restauración. Se describe la metodología aplicada en el desarrollo del proyecto que consiste en análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo del inmueble, donde se incluyen el diagnóstico, dictamen, propuesta de intervención y anteproyecto arquitectónico para el nuevo uso, el cual se propone que sea cultural debido al área de la ciudad en la que se encuentra localizado el inmueble, además se aborda una adecuación inclusiva, considerando que el patrimonio cultural debe ser accesible para todos.
