Revocación del mandato para una auténtica democracia en Michoacán

Abstract

The best way to balance the power of popular representatives is through the republic and figures such as the revocation of the mandate, as the Romans and Grbeeks understood it years ago. That is why the need to reinforce the tools of citizen participation as the revocation of the mandate. For example, in countries like Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador, they are countries where he has developed this figure in such a way that he can now be linked to the President of the republic of these countries. Therefore, the debt of our local legislators with popular democracy remains a pending issue. But oh surprise, there is no pretext, the Court has already ruled, determining that all the Local Congresses of the federation enjoy a configurative freedom, this means that they have some freedom to legislate or configure what concerns their internal regime, and this configuration of the revocation of the mandate is within that same freedom.

La mejor manera de equilibrar el poder de los representantes populares, es a través de la república y de figuras como la revocación del mandato. Así lo entendieron hace siglos los romanos y los griegos. Por eso la necesidad de reforzar las herramientas de participación ciudadana como la revocación del mandato. Por ejemplo, en países como Venezuela, Bolivia y Ecuador, son países donde se ha desarrollado esta figura de manera tal, que ahora se puede vincular al mismísimo Presidente de la republica de estos países. Por ende, la deuda de nuestros legisladores locales del estado de Michoacán, con la democracia popular, sigue siendo un tema pendiente. Además, ya no hay pretexto, pues la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación ya se pronunció, determinando que todos los Congresos Locales de la federación gozan de una libertad configurativa, esto es, que tienen éstos cierta libertad para legislar o configurar lo concerniente a su régimen interior, y de esta forma configurar la revocación del mandato, la cual se encuentra dentro de esa misma libertad.
