Eficiencia terminal en la carrera técnica de agroindustrias del CECyTEM, plantel 15 Álvaro Obregón

Abstract

The aim of this study was to estimate the efficiency index finished the technical course of agribusiness, Alvaro Obregon 15 campus of the College of Science and Technology Studies of the State of Michoacán (CECyTEM); campus is located in the town of Singuio municipality of Álvaro Obregón, Michoacán, Mexico. The work was done during the semester january/june and july/december 2013. Be developed workshop participatory of self assessment work with staff managerial, dministrative and teacher. Institutional satisfaction survey was applied; the degree of institutional linkage with the regional productive sector was analyzed. Desertion as a major component of the terminal efficiency is multifactorial in students: low-income, vocational confusion, discouragement, and family problems; campus: Minimum links to the productive sector, infrastructure deficit and economic resources. , Desensitization to the identified problem and limited cooperation was observed in the work workshop participants. In the survey the students, 49% have no idea where their higher level study and / or work graduating. No educational guidance on the profile of ingress and egress of the available races was observed; and greater attention to labor problems and administrative education. Addressing the low level of terminal efficiency in agribusiness technical career demands involve the participation of students, teachers, administrators and parents, so that there should be an alliance for coordinated efforts, allowing the challenge to improve the processes and outcomes education at that institution.

El objetivo de este trabajo fue estimar el índice de eficiencia terminar de la carrera técnica de agroindustrias, plantel 15 Álvaro Obregón del Colegio de Estudios Científicos y Tecnológicos del Estado de Michoacán (CECyTEM); el plantel se ubica en la localidad de Singuio, municipio de Álvaro Obregón, Michoacán, México. El trabajo se realizó durante los semestres enero/junio y julio/diciembre de 2013. Sé desarrolló un taller participativo de autoevaluación laboral con personal directivo, administrativo y docente. Se aplicó una encuesta de satisfacción institucional; se analizó el grado de vinculación institucional con el sector productivo regional. La deserción como principal componente de la eficiencia terminal es multifactorial, en los alumnos: bajos recursos económicos, desorientación vocacional, desmotivación y problemas familiares; del plantel: mínima vinculación al sector productivo, déficit de infraestructura y recursos económicos. Se observó en participantes del taller, insensibilización al problema identificado y escasa cooperación al trabajo. En la encuesta al alumnado, 49% no tienen idea donde estudiar su nivel superior y/o trabajar egresando. Se observó nula orientación educativa sobre el perfil de ingreso y egreso de las carreras ofertadas; así como mayor atención a problemas laborales y administrativos que educativos. Atender el bajo índice de eficiencia terminal en la carrera técnica de agroindustrias exige involucrar la participación de alumnos, docentes, directivos y padres de familia, por lo que debe haber una alianza de esfuerzos coordinados, que permita enfrentar el reto de mejorar los procesos y resultados educativos en dicha institución.
