Empleo de programación para la reconstrucción de imágenes de pruebas no destructivas

Abstract

The present project is the result of the realization of a program that reconstructs images in Autocad (with the support of the Programming Language in Visual Basic), with the readings taken from a non-destructive test or evaluation (Ultrasound) made to a material (alloy ). It is important to know the configuration of materials at the atomic level (grain), to know their composition and through them determine their real elastic and mechanical properties. Ultrasound is a non-destructive evaluation that can be applied to countless materials and know their configuration and properties without destroying the material, it is therefore an industrially applicable method that would save time and money.

El presente proyecto es el resultado de la realización de un programa que reconstruye imágenes en Autocad (con el apoyo del Lenguaje de Programación en Visual Basic), con las lecturas tomadas de un ensayo o evaluación no destructiva (Ultrasonido) hecha a un material (aleación). Es importante conocer la configuración de los materiales a nivel atómico (grano), para saber su composición y por medio de ellas determinar sus propiedades elásticas y mecánicas reales. El ultrasonido es una evaluación no destructiva que puede aplicarse a infinidad de materiales y conocer su configuración y propiedades sin destruir el material, es por consiguiente un método aplicable a nivel industrial que ahorraría tiempo y dinero.
