Abstract

In this thesis the structural analysis and design of a room house based on the rules and regulations of construction is shown, that in order to make the structure safe and functional as well as the dimensions of the elements of the structure are optimal, so as to withstand all the loads and stresses to be subjected. The purpose of analyzing and designing all the structural elements of the household is to have the security and confidence that is quality construction, it will be very stable and durable at the same time and have the assurance that at no time endanger the physical integrity of the inhabitants thereof; that is why this analysis is based on the most appropriate regulation for our needs, it is the building regulations of the federal district (RCDF) and complementary technical standards as this is the most used for the design of urban construction in the country. Thus we conclude this introduction, stressing how important and essential it is good structuring of any construction and hence the recommendation that others never for good design and structural analysis.

En la presente tesina se muestra el análisis y diseño estructural de una casa habitación basado en las normas y reglamentos de construcción, esto con la finalidad de que la estructura sea segura y funcional así como también que las dimensiones de los elementos que conforman la estructura sean las óptimas, de tal forma que resistan todas las cargas y esfuerzos a que serán sometidos. La finalidad de analizar y diseñar todos los elementos estructurales de la casa habitación es la de tener la seguridad y la confianza de saber que será una construcción de calidad, que será muy estable y durable a la vez, así como de tener la garantía de que en ningún momento se pondrá en peligro la integridad física de los habitantes de la misma; es por eso que este análisis está basado en el reglamento más adecuado para nuestras necesidades, se trata del reglamento de construcción del distrito federal ( RCDF ) y sus normas técnicas complementarias ya que éste es el más usado para el diseño de construcciones urbanas en el país. De esta forma concluimos esta introducción, recalcando lo importante y esencial que es la buena estructuración de cualquier construcción y de ahí la recomendación de que nunca está por demás un buen diseño y análisis estructural.
