Coordinación de actividades relativas al incremento de la eficiencia física y comercial en dos distritos hidrométricos de la red de distribución de la Ciudad de Quiroga, Michoacán

Abstract

As a result of the studies of detection and repair of leaks that IMTA made in the previous year 2005 in the town of Quiroga in order to increase the physical efficiency of the Utility, it was determined that water accounted not correspond to 56.7% of total the water supplied to the distribution system, low efficiency is due in part to physical lines and domestic outlets that repeatedly leaking because of the poor quality of materials and the completion of the life in the distribution lines lost. So of the 56 repaired leaks recovery rate of 27.75 l / s was obtained, considering that this expense is based on a tandeado service, so not all spending is wasted as Instant spending, but tandeos, also determined an incidence of 1.68 leaks per kilometer of network inspected, indicator of deterioration of the network and for that reason must be programmed the rehabilitation of the distribution network. The area with the highest leakage was detected Lazaro Cardenas Avenue 6 leaks; followed by Vasco de Quiroga Avenue Francisco I. Madero and 5 respectively leaks. 56% of the leaks detected in home outlets occurred in the body of the hose and the causative agent leakage predominated with 67% was the poor quality of the material used, such failure is prompted by the OOAPAS own to provide the list of material user who requested the installation of the decision, that user chooses to buy the most inexpensive material and therefore the lower quality increasing the risk of leakage. Como resultado de los Estudios de detección y reparación de fugas que el IMTA realizó en el año anterior 2005 en la localidad de Quiroga con la finalidad de incrementar la eficiencia física del Organismo Operador, se determinó que el agua no contabilizada corresponde al 56.7% del total del agua suministrada al sistema de distribución, la baja eficiencia se debe en parte a perdidas físicas en líneas y tomas domesticas que recurrentemente presentan fugas a causa de la mala calidad de los materiales y de la conclusión de la vida útil en las líneas de distribución. Así de las 56 fugas reparadas se obtuvo una recuperación de caudal de 27.75 l/s, teniendo en cuenta que este gasto está basado en un servicio tandeado, por lo que no todo el gasto se desperdiciaba como gasto instantáneo, sino en tandeos, también se determinó una incidencia de 1.68 fugas por kilómetro de red inspeccionada, indicador del deterioro de la red y que por tal motivo se deben ir programando la rehabilitación de la red de distribución. La zona con mayor índice de fugas detectadas fue la Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas con 6 fugas; seguida de la Avenida Vasco de Quiroga y Francisco I. Madero con 5 fugas respectivamente. El 56% de las fugas detectadas en tomas domiciliarias ocurrieron en el cuerpo de la manguera y el agente causante de fuga que predominó con un 67% fue la calidad deficiente del material utilizado, dicha falla es propiciada por el propio OOAPAS al proporcionar el listado de material al usuario quien solicito la instalación de la toma, dicho usuario opta por comprar el material más económico y por ende el de menor calidad aumentando el riesgo de fuga
