Aspectos generales de diseño y construcción de un conjunto habitacional de interés social, ubicado en la Ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

This work involves the collection of data obtained from the Design and Construction of a Social Interest Housing Complex located west of this city with the purpose of exposing summarizes the essence of this type of work, and that its implementation involves a integrated set by the conception of the project adjusted to the ground conditions by local laws and regulations, by the choice of construction procedure for labor, the cost of building materials for the project budget variables, programs for urban development of the town, etc .; also in the technical field it includes various specialties such as topography, soil mechanics, urban design, architectural design, structural design, electrical engineering, sanitary engineering, cost engineering, accounting, sales, etc .; which provides professional development opportunities for students and professionals in these areas; so, if we amalgamate all the items mentioned above, we can say that we will be able to build and offer better living spaces for the housing market; for the case in housing supply targets a distinct market, Infonavit.

Éste trabajo consiste en la recopilación de datos que se obtuvieron del Proyecto y Construcción de un Conjunto Habitacional de Interés Social ubicado al poniente de ésta ciudad con el propósito de exponer de manera resumida la esencia de éste tipo de obra, ya que su realización involucra un conjunto de variables integradas por la concepción misma del proyecto ajustado a las condiciones del terreno, por leyes y reglamentos locales, por la elección del procedimiento constructivo, por la mano de obra, por el costo de materiales de construcción, por el presupuesto del proyecto, por los programas de desarrollo urbano de la localidad, etc.; asimismo en el ámbito técnico abarca varias especialidades como son la topografía, mecánica de suelos, diseño urbano, diseño arquitectónico, diseño estructural, ingeniería eléctrica, ingeniería sanitaria, ingeniería de costos, contabilidad, ventas, etc.; lo cual ofrece posibilidades para el desarrollo profesional a los estudiantes y profesionales de esas áreas; por lo que, si logramos amalgamar todos los conceptos mencionados anteriormente, podemos afirmar que estaremos en condiciones de construir y ofrecer espacios habitables mejores al mercado de vivienda; para el caso que nos ocupa la oferta de vivienda se dirige a un mercado definido, los derechohabientes del Infonavit.
