Pemex Refining through the management of terminals and pipelines Maintenance and Support Services Unit, invited to participate in writing or by remote means of electronic communication in the National Competitive Bidding No. 18576176-033-04 for awarding a public works contract based on unit price, fixed for the work on the "General Rehabilitation TV-105 tank 200 Mil Bls time. (Barrels) in the maritime terminal of Tuxpan, Veracruz. "To replace 100% of the fund and fixed dome and 10 plates bound with a loss of 20% thicker. The work was initiated on September 20, 2004, with a duration of 240 calendar days. According to the background and studies of detailed inspection by specialized technicians of the department of safety and environmental protection Pemex refining it was determined that the tank must be removed from operation for an overhaul. This work aims to capture the construction process of a work of this nature and that is certainly important for the timely storage, distribution and marketing of crude oil and its derivatives and is a field in which the Civil Engineer also it operates both in the administrative area of Pemex and the execution of such works, this work I intend to share the knowledge of the construction process that involves this kind of work.
Pemex Refinación a través de la Gerencia de Mantenimiento de Terminales y Ductos y de la Unidad de Servicios de Apoyo, convoco a participar en forma escrita o a través de medios remotos de comunicación electrónica en la Licitación Pública Nacional No. 18576176-033-04 para la adjudicación de un contrato de obra pública sobre la base de precios unitarios y tiempo determinado de los trabajos referentes a la “Rehabilitación General del Tanque TV-105 de 200 Mil Bls. (barriles) en la terminal marítima de Tuxpan, Veracruz.” Para sustituir el 100% del fondo y la cúpula fija, así como 10 placas de la envolvente con pérdida de espesor mayor al 20%. Los trabajos fueron iniciados el día 20 de septiembre del 2004, con una duración de 240 días naturales. De acuerdo a los antecedentes y estudios realizados de inspección detallada por técnicos especializados del departamento de seguridad y protección ambiental de Pemex refinación se determinó que el tanque se debe de sacar de operación para realizar una reparación general. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo plasmar el proceso constructivo de una obra de estas características y que sin duda es de suma importancia para el oportuno almacenamiento, distribución y comercialización del petróleo crudo y sus derivados y que es un campo en el cual el Ingeniero Civil también se desenvuelve tanto en el área administrativa de Pemex como en la ejecución de este tipo de obras, con este trabajo pretendo compartir el conocimiento del proceso de construcción que involucra este tipo de obra.
