Comparación del desempeño de diferentes marcas comerciales de cemento Portland CPC-30R, empleado para elaborar concreto de resistencia media

Abstract

This work of investigation is focused on all those persons related to the construction, it is necessary bear in mind that to the moment to heighten a construction needs to have his the best cement and on the market to there be a great variety of brands, which does that the choice is complicated a bit. There tries to decide somehow which I cement to choose. In this thesis one presents a comparison between the different commercial brands of Cement Portland CPC 30 R, realizing you try simple compression in cylinders of 10 cm of diameter for 20 cm of height, and tests to the flexion in girders. To realize the design of the concrete hydraulic one the stony attaché treated him in the first case, to have the same conditions in each of the cements and not to favor any. The cement CPC 30 R is the fact that they handle commonly in the zone center of the country for what this one was chosen by his facility of obtaining it on the market. Later they present the tests realized so much to the attachés as to the cement, which are the principal components of the concrete hydraulic one finally to determine that commercial cement is that it assembles better conditions for the construction. The laboratory is the principal source of information that it is necessary to consider to the moment to take decisions in the construction, for such a motive there is claimed that this investigation takes in consideration for all those persons who devote themselves to realize infrastructure in the country.

Este trabajo de investigación está enfocado a todas aquellas personas relacionadas con la construcción, es necesario tomar en cuenta que al momento te realzar una construcción se necesita tener el mejor cemento y en el mercado hay una gran variedad de marcas, lo que hace que se complique un poco la elección. Se pretende determinar de alguna manera cual cemento elegir. En esta tesis se presenta una comparación entre las diferentes marcas comerciales de Cemento Portland CPC 30 R, realizando pruebas de compresión simple en cilindros de 10 cm de diámetro por 20 cm de altura, y pruebas a la flexión en vigas. Para realizar el diseño del concreto hidráulico se trató primeramente el agregado pétreo, para tener las mismas condiciones en cada uno de los cementos y no favorecer a ninguno. El cemento CPC 30 R es el que manejan comúnmente en la zona centro del país por lo que se eligió este por su facilidad de conseguirlo en el mercado. A continuación se presentan las pruebas realizadas tanto a los agregados como al cemento, que son los principales componentes de un concreto hidráulico para finalmente determinar que cemento comercial es que reúne mejores condiciones para la construcción. El laboratorio es la principal fuente de información que se debe considerar al momento de tomar decisiones en la construcción, por tal motivo se pretende que esta investigación se tome en consideración para todas aquellas personas que se dediquen a realizar infraestructura en el país.
