Abstract

Housing is a permanent demand in human society by the large birth rates are recorded. Man needs protection from the elements, particularly to ensure their most basic needs and Mexico faces a huge backlog in housing, although it has made the housing deficit will not grow as fast this was achieved with the construction of housing complexes. Hence the importance of all relevant studies to have quality housing. Today there are many types of Splits, but many of them are not supported by a complete and harmonious design that ensures the quality of them and therefore lack of integration so that the inhabitants of that area feel in harmony, because traditional systems of affordable housing or social interest, leave much to be desired, the existence of monopolies basically just your interest is capitalized and thus leaving the task of serving a population.

La vivienda constituye una demanda permanente en la sociedad humana por la grande índices de natalidad que se registran. El hombre necesita protección contra la intemperie, particularmente para garantizar sus necesidades mas fundamentales y México enfrenta un gran rezago en vivienda, aunque se ha logrado que el déficit habitacional no crezca tan rápido esto se alcanzó con la construcción de conjuntos habitacionales. Por ello la importancia de realizar todos los estudios correspondientes para tener viviendas de calidad. En la actualidad existen muchos tipos de Fraccionamientos, pero muchos de ellos no están sustentados en un diseño completo y armónico que garantice la calidad de los mismos y por lo tanto carecen de integración para que los habitantes de dicha zona se sientan en armonía, ya que los sistemas tradicionales de vivienda económica o de interés social dejan mucho que desear, por la existencia básicamente de monopolios que simplemente su interés es capitalizarse y dejando así atrás la tarea de servir a una población.
