El derecho a la jurisdicción administrativa ordinaria de los servidores públicos de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de Michoacán de Ocampo

Abstract

This investigation is oriented to demonstrate the necessity to rever se the Legislative Decree 485 published february 26th, 2015 at Periódico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado de Michoacán de Ocampo, because it opposes to the progressive achievement of Human Rights and it restrains the right to access the judiciary system, the court and the judge itself, the public prosecutors and other officials such as experts, investigators and analysts who have core functions at the Attorney General’s Office.

Esta investigación pretende demostrar la necesidad de revertir el decreto legislativo número 485, publicado el 26 de febrero de 2015 en el Periódico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado de Michoacán, por contravenir el principio de progresividad de los derechos humanos, y ser restrictivo del derecho de acceso a la justicia, de los agentes del Ministerio Público, agentes de investigación y análisis, peritos o quienes realicen funciones sustantivas en la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de Michoacán.
