Abstract

In this document of thesis, we will find the information about the executive project of a construction work in San Miguel of Allende Guanajuato, in which we have the opportunity to get the knowledge to make a catalog of work, identify how to make a direct and indirect cost, financing, utility and what does mean this concepts like requirements and norms that is necessary for the government dependence in this case SAPASMA. Realize a brief explication of a trouble that it finds in San Miguel of Allende in a construction work that it can make modifications when the construction work and the original catalog that we have, explain the problem that represent in that city and how to solve. At the end of the thesis the object is identify clarity the administrating process to licit, know what is a concept catalog, know that exist lows and regulations that we use to make the calculate the work hand, financiering, schedule price all of this just for identify clarity y do it in the work.

En este documento de Tesis encontraremos la información del proyecto ejecutivo de una obra en San Miguel de Allende Guanajuato, en la cual tendremos la oportunidad de llevar a cabo el conocimiento de hacer un catalogo de obra, identificar como hacer un costo directo e indirecto, financiamiento, utilidad y que representan estos conceptos, así como los requerimientos y normas que nos piden en la dependencia para este caso SAPASMA. Se realizara una breve explicación de una problemática que se encuentra en San Miguel de Allende con dicha obra a lo cual se pueden realizar modificaciones aun cuando la obra y el catalogo original ya se tiene contemplado, explicando la problema que esta se tiene y como resolverla. Al final de la tesis el objetivo es identificar con claridad los procesos de administración para el licitar, saber que es un catalogo de conceptos, saber que existen leyes y reglamentos para poder hacer el cálculo de mano de obra, financiamiento, costos horarios, para identificarlos fácilmente y poder llevarlos a la práctica.
