Derecho a la libertad religiosa: el pragmatismo de la fe en Latinoamérica

Abstract

This paper aims to address two important issues for humans: Religion and Law. Why make this claim? Well, as a whole, people have beliefs and, in turn, there is a legal order to regulate the performance thereof; therefore, we must focus on how the state is responsible for protecting and safeguarding the rights that each individual has in society. For its part, the Church, is responsible, in most ocasiotions, to establish the parameters that exist within their religion. However, environment problematize the various difficulties being experienced by the intemigrants of society to assert their rights and how is that through human thought reflects on the present subject.

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad abordar dos temas importantes para el ser humano: la Religión y el Derecho. ¿Por qué hacer esta afirmación? Pues bien, en su totalidad, las personas tienen creencias y, a su vez, existe un orden jurídico de regular la actuación de las mismas; por lo tanto, es menester enfocarse en cómo el Estado se encarga de proteger y tutelar los derechos que cada individuo tiene dentro de la sociedad. Por su parte, la Iglesia, se encarga, en la mayoría de las ocasiones, de establecer los parámetros que existen dentro de su religión. No obstante, se problematiza entorno a las diversas dificultades por las que atraviesan los integrantes de la sociedad para hacer valer sus derechos y, cómo es que a través del pensamiento humano se reflexiona respecto a la presente temática.
