Abstract

The building is part of the functionalist and contemporary architecture. It is considered functionalist because the form adapts to the function, allowing it to act properly in each of its areas, and contemporary by the construction system that for its execution. It refers to the architecture that is produced today, does not correspond to a specific period of history as it continues in constant evolution, it is nourished by other styles. It is mainly reflected in the modern facade that aesthetically, in the project we can obtain two facades one in the day and the other at night by lighting and the double skin that was proposed. The building consists of three levels. Ground floor consist on Parking Lot, a machine room and the staircase that gives access to the property. Level one is the area of magistrates, work rooms, site, terrace area, secretary area, and restrooms for common and private use. The second level repeats the floor except for having an auditorium and the office of the Magistral President. Finally, three is a Roof Garden. It should be mentioned that the building has natural lighting and ventilation, creating useful and comfortable spaces to develop the different activities of the users as the personnel that works inside the property, controlling the sunrays with the double skin allowing to regulate the temperature and optimized the use of other equipment.

El edificio es ejemplo de la arquitectura funcionalista y contemporánea. Se considera funcionalista porque la forma se adapta a la función, permitiendo que el edificio funcione adecuadamente en cada una de sus áreas, y contemporánea por el sistema constructivo que se utiliza para su ejecución y se refiere a la arquitectura que se produce en la actualidad, y no se corresponde con un periodo de la historia concreto ya que se continúa en constante evolución y se va nutriendo de otros estilos, se refleja principalmente en la fachada moderna que por estética se logró que en el proyecto podemos obtener dos fachadas una en el día y la otra por la noche mediante iluminación y la doble piel que se propuso. El edificio se compone de tres niveles, en plana baja se tiene el estacionamiento, un cuarto de máquinas y la escalera que dará acceso al inmueble, en primer nivel se tiene el área de magistrados, salas de trabajos, site, área de terraza, área de secretarios y secretarias, sanitarios para uso común y privados, en segundo nivel se repite la planta a excepción de que se encuentra con un auditorio y la oficina del presidente magistral, por último se cuenta con un Roof Garden en azotea. Cabe mencionar que el edificio es iluminado y ventilado naturalmente, creando espacios útiles y confortables para desarrollar la diferentes actividades de los usuarios como el personal que labora dentro del inmueble, controlando los asoleamientos con la doble piel permitiendo regular la temperatura y optimizando el uso de otros equipos.
