Throughout national legal history, the Mexican people have had a series of problems with compliance with the legal norm, there are many elements and factors that can influence it. Currently Mexican society has a very low credibility in the state institutions, considering that there is a great corruption within them and it is precisely the national identity that politically underpins these institutions by granting them legitimacy, that is, it is The one that grants them the status of justas attached to the right, is, therefore, the national identity that gives them credibility and recognition. There is also the perception that corruption is a recurrent and large-scale practice that necessarily entails the violation of some norm. Also the consideration that the law is anachronistic, complex and ineffective are some of the elements that lead to a very fragile culture of legality.
A lo largo de la historia jurídica nacional, el pueblo mexicano ha tenido una serie de problemas con el cumplimiento de la norma jurídica, son muchos los elementos y factores que pueden incidir en ello. Actualmente la sociedad mexicana tiene una credibilidad muy baja en las instituciones del Estado, por considerar que existe una gran corrupción dentro de ellas y es precisamente la identidad nacional la que apuntala desde el punto de vista político a esas instituciones otorgándoles legitimidad, es decir, es la que les otorga el estatus de justas apegadas al derecho, es pues, la identidad nacional la que les da credibilidad y reconocimiento. Además existe la percepción de que la corrupción es una práctica recurrente y a gran escala que conlleva necesariamente la violación de alguna norma. Así mismo, la consideración que la ley es anacrónica, compleja e ineficaz, son algunos de los elementos que llevan a una muy frágil cultura de la legalidad.
