Evaluación y rediseño de dos sistemas de tratamiento de aguas residuales ubicados en la cuenca del lago de Cuitzeo

Abstract

This work was doing for an investigation that beginning in the month of November of the year 2018, the first support was to do an analysis and a diagnostic of the operation of two systems of treatment of residual water. These systems are located in Cuaracurio and Dr. Miguel Silva, both belong to the township of Cuitzeo, as the systems have problems in their efficiencies of operation and maintenance, be thought that is necessary to modify the process for the depuration of residual water. It would increase the efficiencies and let it a best treatment to these type of water that at present are spills anything type of treatment to the lake of Cuitzeo. These modify are necessaries for be in fulfillment with the NOM-001-SEMARNAT-1996. The first finality is to impact in a positive manner in the health of the people that live in this places, so to the riparian ecosystem. As part of the process to do and the approving of this work, so of the financing to this actions and approaches. I am in coordination with technical people belonged to the Subadress of Committee of Hollow, Social Attention and Emergencies Attention and Potable Water of the National Commission of Water (CONAGUA), the director of OOAPAS of Cuitzeo and the National Executive director and the General Gerent of the Civil Association Ducks Unlimited of Mexico (DUMAC). It is a big problem of very importance that is necessary attended and start with actions immediately for the treatment of Residual Water.

Para el presente trabajo se realizó una investigación que comenzó en el mes de Noviembre del año 2018, cuyo soporte principal fue analizar y diagnosticar la operación de dos sistemas de tratamiento de aguas residuales, ubicados en las localidades de Cuaracurio y Dr. Miguel Silva, ambas pertenecientes al municipio de Cuitzeo, ya que presentaban deficiencias en la operación y mantenimiento, esto dio pie a considerar modificaciones para operar de manera más eficiente y permitir con ello el saneamiento de las aguas residuales generadas en las mencionadas localidades ya que actualmente son vertidas al Lago de Cuitzeo sin ningún tipo de tratamiento y es necesario el cumplimento de la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-001-SEMARNAT-1996. La finalidad principal es impactar de manera positiva la salud de los pobladores de estas localidades y de la cuenca del Lago de Cuitzeo, así como del ecosistema rivereño. Como parte del seguimiento a la realización y aprobación del presente trabajo, así como el financiamiento de las acciones propuestas a implementar, se coordinó con personal técnico de las Subdirecciones de Consejos de Cuenca, Atención Social y Atención a Emergencias y Agua Potable de la Comisión Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA), el director del Organismo Operador de Agua Potable Alcantarillado y Saneamiento del Municipio de Cuitzeo (OOAPAS), con el Director Nacional Ejecutivo y la Gerente General de la Asociación Civil Ducks Unlimited de México (DUMAC) ya que es de suma importancia atender la problemática y comenzar con acciones inmediatas para el saneamiento de las aguas residuales.
