Nanomaterials vary in appearance because they are individuals, and their properties vary from their submicron or micron counterparts. This trend is a good reason for nanoscience and nanotechnology as an emergency investment area. The present study synthesized silver nanostructures using the Sedum Prealtum aqueous extract. The polyphenolic antioxidants recognized in the Sedum Prealtum plant, including kaempferol and quercetin, can be attributed to reducing silver ions to metallic silver. The pH of the prepared particles varied between 2 and 10. The characterization of nanostructures is the performance of medium ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Microscopy studies show nanostructures with floral and spherical morphologies with different textural properties. As the pH increases, the size of the nanostructures decreases from 5 microns to submicron. X-ray diffraction shows the crystal structure and indicates a slight decrease in crystal size with increasing pH. The UV-vis studies indicated nanostructures with widened absorption bands due to the diversity in their dimensions. Finally, FTIR spectra showed that the OH groups are responsible for the bioreduction of the structures, which coincides with the previously determined flavonoids in the plant.
