The most important points within this study, is the position of the corresponding government agencies, both state and municipal, as well as the conditions emanating from regulations, norms, laws, programs and urban development plans, with respect to the supply of services, infrastructure and urban equipment of subdivisions to express the quality of life through housing within subdivisions in this conurbation zone.
Los puntos más importantes dentro de este estudio, es la postura de las dependencias gubernamentales correspondientes, tanto Estatales como Municipales, así como las condicionantes emanadas de Reglamentos, Normas, Leyes, Programas y Planes de Desarrollo Urbano, con respecto al abastecimiento de servicios, infraestructura y equipamiento urbano de los fraccionamientos para manifestar la calidad de vida por medio de la vivienda dentro de los fraccionamientos en esta zona de conurbación.
