In this thesis a new project of the Municipal Palace is proposed, in order to be able to solve the needs of both the people who work there and all those who require their services, for which the creation of comfortable and functional spaces that manage to satisfy is proposed Properly the activities carried out there, as well as the integration of a cafeteria, since the users of said building are in need of leaving it to be able to consume their food, which generates discomfort and waste of time. Another important aspect to consider in this project is to provide all the facilities for disabled, since in the current building they are not taken into account.
En esta tesis se plantea un nuevo proyecto del Palacio Municipal, a fin de poder resolver las necesidades tanto de la gente que ahí labora como de todos aquellos que requieren sus servicios, para lo cual se propone la creación de espacios cómodos y funcionales que logren satisfacer adecuadamente las actividades que ahí se realicen, así como la integración de una cafetería, puesto que los usuarios de dicho edificio se ven en la necesidad de salir de este para poder consumir sus alimentos, lo que genera incomodidad y pérdida de tiempo. Otro aspecto importante a considerar en dicho proyecto es el brindar todas las facilidades para minusválidos, ya que en el edificio actual no son tomadas en cuenta.
