This work is proposed, the development of the project of, a medium -type housing subdivision, which offers a good location, near housing developments of similar characteristics and in a pleasant natural environment; For which a previous study of the physical and climatic characteristics of the land and the city will be carried out, of the norms related to the subject of housing subdivisions, of the study of the socio-economic characteristics of the possible users, in addition to carrying out a selection and study of the eco -toters that are feasible to the project, this in order to take better advantage of the natural resources of the region.
Este trabajo se plantea, el desarrollo del proyecto de, un fraccionamiento habitacional de tipo medio, que ofrezca una buena ubicación, cerca de desarrollos habitacionales de características similares y en un ambiente natural agradable; para lo cual se realizará un estudio previo de las características físicas y climáticas del terreno y la ciudad, de las normas relacionadas al tema de fraccionamientos habitacionales, del estudio de las características socio-económicas de los posibles usuarios, además de realizar una selección y estudio de las ecotecnias que sean factibles al proyecto, esto con la finalidad de aprovechar mejor los recursos naturales de la región.
