Conjunto habitacional tipo medio Los “Azahares” en el municipio de Chilchota, Michoacán

Abstract

The municipality of Chilchota is growing in its urban area as a Urban Sub and there is a need to start planning better growth and creating spaces suitable to inhabit, thus achieving the balance between the concepts and the presentation of the subject that interests the community, taking up The changes suffered over time, to strengthen and modernize the growth of the municipality, improving the quality of life. It is thus with a series of considerations, which include social, cultural, demographic, economic, urban and physical data of Chilchota Michoacán, that the proposal of the housing complex will be feasible in its realization and is within this framework that the proposal is presented for the proposal for the realization of the project. At present there is no municipal development plan, so in terms of development plans, data was taken from the Urban Development Law of the State of Michoacán.

El municipio de Chilchota está creciendo en su zona urbana como sub urbana y existe la necesidad de empezar a planear un mejor crecimiento y crear espacios aptos para habitar, alcanzando así el equilibrio entre los conceptos y la presentación del tema que interesa a la comunidad, retomando los cambios sufridos a través del tiempo, para fortalecer y modernizar el crecimiento del municipio, mejorando la calidad de vida. Es así con una serie de consideraciones, que incluyen datos sociales, culturales, demográficos, económicos, urbanos y físicos de Chilchota Michoacán, que la propuesta del conjunto habitacional será factible en su realización y es dentro de este marco que se presenta la propuesta para la realización del proyecto. En la actualidad no existe plan de desarrollo municipal, por lo cual en cuanto a planes de desarrollo se tomaron datos nada más de la Ley de Desarrollo Urbano del Estado de Michoacán.
