Reciclaje la hacienda del Patuan

Abstract

This work analyzes the state in which the hacienda is located, the viability of carrying out the recycling project, the set of architectural interventions that will be carried out in order to update the built assets are analyzed, giving special interest to its new Use and the way in which the main characteristics of the set will be respected, the construction materials are represented, and the existing ones are studied, circulations, dimensions and the relationship between the original spaces, the current ones and those that are proposed are represented. The project will focus on the creation of physical and comfort environments.

En este trabajo se analiza el estado en el cual se encuentra la hacienda, la viabilidad del realizar el proyecto de reciclaje, se analiza el conjunto de intervenciones arquitectónicas que se le realizarán con el fin de actualizar el patrimonio construido, dándole especial interés a su nuevo uso y la forma en que se respetarán las características principales del conjunto, se representan los materiales constructivos, y se estudia los existentes, se representan circulaciones, dimensiones y la relación entre los espacios originales, los actuales y los que se proponen. El proyecto se enfocará a la creación de ambientes físicos y de confort.
