Fraccionamiento popular (Tenencia de La Aldea, Morelia, Mich.)

Abstract

One of the most important problems facing any person related to the planning, design, and construction of the city is to understand the multiple interrelations between the elements that make up the urban structure and its interactions with the natural environment. Currently in the state of Michoacán the growth of the city of Morelia has been increasing, as well as the construction of housing that does not cover the basic needs of its inhabitants, considering the above. A proposal is proposed for the creation of the medium -level fractionation project which covers basic needs of its inhabitants from infrastructure as of its urban equipment to meet the need and demand of every Mexican family to have a decent and decorous housing.

Unos de los problemas más importantes a los que se enfrenta cualquier persona relacionada con la planeación, diseño, y construcción de la ciudad es comprender las múltiples interrelaciones entre los elementos que conforman la estructura urbana y sus interacciones con el medio natural. Actualmente en el estado de Michoacán el crecimiento de la ciudad de Morelia ha ido en aumento, así como la construcción de vivienda que no cubre con las necesidades básicas de sus habitantes, considerando lo anterior. Se plantea una propuesta para la creación del proyecto de fraccionamiento de nivel medio la cual cubra necesidades básicas de sus habitantes desde infraestructura como de su equipamiento urbano para satisfacer la necesidad y demanda de toda familia mexicana a tener una vivienda digna y decorosa.
