Dos inmuebles son propiedad del Gobierno del Estado de Zacatecas, y se encuentran en contrato de “Comodato”, y dos más son arrendados por particulares, si bien estos inmuebles se encuentran en buenas condiciones y cumplen su función, ya no cuentan con espacio suficiente, además de esto, se tiene la certeza de que en breve se abrirán nuevos Órganos auxiliares, y se necesitarán de nuevas áreas para la ubicación de los mismos. Aunado a esto, los inmuebles actuales no cuentan con espacios de estacionamiento y al encontrarse ubicados en el Centro de la ciudad de Zacatecas y en y transitadas avenidas, resulta difícil tener acceso a los mismos, tanto para servidores públicos, como para visitantes.
