Abstract

The urban space delimited in its Lindero Oriente through the train route (which was historically decisive for the economic growth of the region), as well as the irrigation channel located in the west boundary, combined with the growth of irregular urban settlements that are perceived to the North of the property, they give to this area a series of peculiar characteristics that determine their new condition of use. The current administration of the City Council has been given the task of compiling and monitoring the social needs of citizens in the sports field, so it seeks to rehabilitate, complement and redesign this center of social coexistence in order to offer the greatest number of sports activities in congruence to the requirements of the Acambarense society.

El espacio urbano delimitado en su lindero oriente por la vía del tren (que históricamente fue determinante para el crecimiento económico de la región), así como el canal de riego ubicado en el lindero poniente, aunados al crecimiento de asentamientos urbanos irregulares que se perciben al norte del predio, confieren a ésta zona una serie de características peculiares que determinan su nueva condición de uso. La administración actual del Ayuntamiento se ha dado a la tarea de compilar y dar seguimiento a las necesidades sociales de la ciudadanía en el ámbito deportivo, por lo que se busca rehabilitar, complementar y rediseñar éste centro de convivencia social a efectos de ofrecer el mayor número de actividades deportivas en congruencia a los requerimientos de la sociedad acambarense.
