Abstract

This document integrates in its content the research and project, corresponding to my thesis thesis: hospital architecture, Mexican Social Security Institute. Family Medicine Unit of 10 offices in Tacícuaro tenure, in Morelia Michoacán. It is intended to provide the possession of a family medical unit (UMF) of 10 offices to meet the demand for medical service that current facilities in the city fail to cover, due to the great demand they present. It is intended to design a unit that provides us with the preventive service through 5 family medicine offices and 5 offices of preventive actions, integrates an emergency module, X -rays and laboratory as well as a pharmacy, health education module, benefit and care module to the right -holder , all this to achieve greater medical attention and dissemination of preventive actions. The integration corresponds naturally with the phases of the process of creation and realization of the architectural object. Specifically those corresponding to the identification of the problem, determination of the architectural program and its transformation to project. The UMF will be a planned and conditioned building for the attention of the right -holders temporarily as well as outpatient emergency care.

El presente documento integra en su contenido la investigación y proyecto, correspondiente a mi tema de tesis: Arquitectura Hospitalaria, Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. Unidad de Medicina Familiar de 10 Consultorios en la Tenencia de Tacícuaro, en Morelia Michoacán. Se pretende dotar a la tenencia de una Unidad Medico Familiar (UMF) de 10 consultorios para cubrir la demanda de servicio médico que las actuales instalaciones en la ciudad no logran cubrir, debido a la gran demanda que presentan. Se pretende diseñar una Unidad que nos brinde el servicio preventivo mediante 5 consultorios de medicina familiar y 5 consultorios de acciones preventivas, integra un modulo de urgencias, rayos x y laboratorio así como farmacia, módulo de educación en salud, módulo de prestaciones y atención al derechohabiente, todo esto para lograr una mayor atención médica y difusión de acciones preventivas. La integración corresponde de manera natural con las fases del proceso de creación y realización del objeto arquitectónico. Específicamente las que corresponden con la identificación del problema, determinación del programa arquitectónico y su transformación a proyecto. La UMF será un edificio planificado y acondicionado para la atención de los derechohabientes temporalmente así como la atención de emergencia ambulatoria.
