Pongo a consideración de ustedes la presente; en base a la experiencia, vivencias, trabajos de investigación y todo lo que conlleva la necesidad de todo ser humano, de ser trascendental; como un planteamiento de soluciones que coadyuvarían a resolver las necesidades que en materia de salud social; principalmente; se vienen dando en la ciudad y el municipio de Morelia, Michoacán, y que así mismo, el IMSS considera dentro del “Programa de mejoramiento de imagen” a nivel nacional.
