La presente investigación tiene como finalidad en primera instancia conocer el usuario, sus debilidades y fortalezas, enmarcar y estructurar sus necesidades tanto sociales como de infraestructura; conocer los planes de estudio y de acción de la Secretaria de Educación Pública (SEP), para la educación básica y especial. Definir un programa de necesidades para posteriormente realizar un programa Arquitectónico.
