Abstract

This thesis is in response to the needs of researchers and specialists from the Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Research (FEIS) of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, whose facilities are divided, some in INIRENA (Research Institute Natural) Resources and elsewhere in the unit La Posta (Annex POSTECH), this institution aims to expand its physical space for research, education and services to effectively meet the demands of research and conservation sector requires the environment within the state. Catering to the needs an architectural proposal that houses the necessary space where researchers and practitioners can perform activities that contribute to the pursuit of knowledge and preservation of flora, fauna and environment of the state of Michoacán, incorporating sustainability strategies that are developed a manifestation of the care environment. To get to the presentation of the architectural project was held on knowledge of the Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Research through knowledge of the activities of the researchers knowing each of the devices and equipment used in their research and thus knowing deficiencies spaces where they do research to know more problematic. The justification of the subject, supported by documents, statistics and direct analysis. This is followed by the methodology used in the development of the proposal until the presentation of the architectural project so it was necessary to know the historical background of the Institute (FEIS), as well as similar existing projects or the same features with an emphasis on architecture. With the advantage of precise knowledge of the terrain analysis affectations with natural mapping provided by INEGI within 15 km that allows us a better understanding of these and take the necessary considerations in the development of the project was conducted.

La presente tesis se realiza en respuesta a las necesidades de investigadores y especialistas del Instituto de Investigaciones Agropecuarias y Forestales (IIAF) de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, cuyas instalaciones se encuentran divididas, una parte en el INIRENA (Instituto de Investigaciones sobre los Recursos Naturales) y otra parte en la unidad La Posta (Anexo de la UMSNH), esta institución tiene como propósito ampliar sus espacios físicos de investigación, educación y de servicios, para poder atender eficazmente la demanda de investigación y conservación que requiere el sector del medio ambiente dentro del estado. Atendiendo a las necesidades se desarrolló una propuesta arquitectónica que alberga los espacios necesarios donde investigadores y especialistas puedan realizar las actividades que contribuyan a la búsqueda del conocimiento y preservación de la flora, fauna y medio ambiente del Estado de Michoacán, incorporando estrategias de sustentabilidad que sean una manifestación del cuidado del medio. Para llegar a la presentación del Proyecto arquitectónico se llevó acabo el conocimiento del Instituto de Investigaciones Agropecuarias y Forestales a través del conocimiento de las actividades de los investigadores conociendo cada uno de los equipos y aparatos utilizados dentro de sus investigaciones y también así conociendo las deficiencias de los espacios donde realizan las investigaciones conociendo más la problemática. La justificación del tema, apoyada en documentos, estadísticas y análisis directos. Se sigue con la metodología a utilizar en el desarrollo de la propuesta hasta llegar a la presentación del proyecto arquitectónico por lo que fue necesario saber los antecedentes históricos del Instituto (IIAF), como también de proyectos existentes similares o de las mismas características haciendo énfasis en su arquitectura. Con la ventaja del conocimiento exacto del terreno se realizó el análisis de las afectaciones naturales con cartografía proporcionada por INEGI en un radio de 15 km que nos permite un mayor conocimiento de estas y tomar las consideraciones necesarias en el desarrollo del Proyecto.
