Abstract

This work began as a proposal promoted by the Patronato Pro Magic Towns of Tacámbaro in coordination with the Municipal Government of the last administration of H. Ayuntamiento 2009-2012, Secretary of Tourism of the state of Michoacán and advice of the National Institute of Anthropology and History, whose aim is to develop a comprehensive project that allows us to generate investment, regulation and infrastructure for the dissemination, protection and preservation of cultural heritage Tacámbaro. A project to open proposals for the promotion of tourism with a new form of local economy and have a social and cultural impact on the population for appreciation, respect and care of architectural heritage. The part of the diagnosis was established by historical research to recognize the historical social processes and the most significant elements that have occurred in the development of Tacámbaro. All of this review is to see the current conditions of the historic center, economic activity, infrastructure, education of the population towards the cultural heritage, etc. In short all the problems that exist in the first frame of the city. El trabajo presente comenzó como una propuesta promovida por el Patronato Pro Pueblos Mágicos de Tacámbaro en coordinación con el Gobierno Municipal de la pasada administración del H. Ayuntamiento 2009-2012, la Secretaria de Turismo del estado de Michoacán y la asesoría del Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia, cuyo fin es desarrollar un proyecto integral que nos permita generar inversión, normatividad e infraestructura para la difusión, protección y conservación del patrimonio cultural de Tacámbaro. Un proyecto que abra propuestas para el fomento de la actividad turística con una nueva forma de economía local y tenga un impacto social y cultural en la población para el aprecio, respeto y cuidado del patrimonio arquitectónico. La parte del diagnóstico se constituyó por una investigación histórica para reconocer los procesos sociales históricos y los elementos más significativos que han acontecido en el desarrollo de Tacámbaro. Toda esta revisión es para ver las condiciones actuales del centro histórico, su actividad económica, la infraestructura, la educación de la población hacia el patrimonio histórico cultural, etc. En fin todas las problemáticas que existen en el primer cuadro de la ciudad. El trabajo corresponde al primer cuadro del centro histórico delimitando el área de intervención de la siguiente manera: Portal Codallos; Portal Galeana; Portal Nicolás Romero; Portal Miguel Silva; Plaza Nicolás de Regules; Plaza Benito Juárez; Palacio Municipal, los arroyos vehiculares, Banquetas, crujías de fachadas de los edificios que forman parte del conjunto y se tomó el inmueble marcado con el número 9 ubicado en el portal Nicolás Romero al sur del perímetro de estudio para hacer un análisis de toda la fábrica, elaborar un diagnóstico de su condición actual y generar una propuesta para su recuperación.
