Abstract

In the current environment, where there is increasing competition and pressure on production costs, initiatives aimed at generating greater customer value are a priority for all organizations and the Michoacán countryside is not exempt; therefore, it is imperative to find recipes that allow generating value but above all that this is reflected in a higher quality of life in the rural sector because despite the high positioning, the value of agricultural production according to CONAPO, the State is considered as of high marginalization. Resulting in the need to "design architectural projects" that allow the development of specialized supply chains to meet customer requirements, a priority that is one of the ways in which the producer can generate, but above all obtain greater value over its production and thus reverse the indicators of marginalization. With this, the "PIIAM cluster" project offers to bring the workers of the Michoacano field to a greater commercial integration that allows them to fulfill the requirements of their clients, be they local, regional or global, through an operative modernization that generate economic pledge that directly benefits the producers of the state and is not left in the hands of bachelorDegreeWork commercial entities. The market is highly dynamic and if you want to remain part of it, it requires deep transformations, which challenge current operating systems and incorporate state-of-the-art technologies, so that the "PIIAM" is a great challenge that should seek to revolutionize systems of traditional marketing but always incorporating the producer. Since the government is the state in the face of the problems mentioned above, the development of seven logistics and competitiveness centers has been proposed, located in strategic points but above all with a business vision according to the conditions.

En el entorno actual, donde cada vez hay una mayor competencia y presión sobre los costos de producción, iniciativas enfocadas a generar un mayor valor al cliente son prioridad de todas las organizaciones y el campo michoacano no está exento; por consiguiente, es imperante encontrar recetas que permitan generar valor pero sobre todo que esto se refleje en una mayor calidad de vida del sector rural ya que a pesar del alto posicionamiento, el valor de la producción agrícolas según la CONAPO, se considera al Estado como de alta marginación. Dando como resultado la necesidad de “diseñar proyectos arquitectónicos” que permitan desarrollar cadenas de suministro ex profeso para cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente, una prioridad que es una de las formas en que el productor puede generar, pero sobre todo obtener un mayor valor sobre su producción y así revertir los indicadores de marginación. Con esto, el proyecto del “clúster PIIAM” ofrece llevar a los trabajadores del campo Michoacano a una mayor integración comercial que les permita cumplir con los requerimientos de sus clientes ya sean estos locales, regionales o mundiales, a través de una modernización operática que generen derrama económica que directamente beneficie a los productores del estado y no se quede en manos de otros entes comerciales. El mercado es altamente dinámico y si se desea seguir siendo parte de él, se requieren transformaciones profundas, que desafíen los sistemas actuales de operación e incorporen tecnologías de vanguardia, por lo cual el “PIIAM” e un gran reto que debe buscar revolucionar los sistemas de comercialización tradicionales pero siempre incorporando al productor. Siendo el gobierno el estado ante la problemática antes señalada se ha planteado el desarrollo de siete centros de logística y competitividad, ubicados en puntos estratégicos pero sobre todo con una visión empresarial acorde a las condiciones.
