Abstract

The H. Zitácuaro increasingly demand more and better services. Today with more than 105 thousand inhabitants, the city requires high feasibility projects that allow them to face the future with better prospects of operation. The government has support tools for the management of public works. Being the main promoter in solving needs of the city, focused on providing services and infrastructure to the people. Has the authority to implement the services in health, safety, culture, sports, education and public administration. In this case, the subject belongs to develop administrative genre. From the fifties, office design has become one of the most specialized fields of professional. Annually million m2 of this nature is designed. The proliferation of business and the relentless demand for offices has resulted in the need to create spaces that can accommodate thousands of people. People spend literally part of his life in an office space, it class, taking the role of either user or employee. The challenge for the professional is to achieve an environment that invites people to stay there, not only physically, but also mentally, promoting greater productivity through efficient work environment. Given the era in which we live and taking into account the high costs of building, offices should accommodate each day a greater number of people, with enough space for optimal performance. Having an office with large without making a large investment is a challenge today.

La H. ciudad de Zitácuaro demanda en forma creciente más y mejores servicios. Hoy en día con una población mayor a los 105 mil habitantes, la ciudad requiere de proyectos de gran viabilidad que le permitan enfrentar un futuro con mejores perspectivas de funcionamiento. El gobierno cuenta con instrumentos de apoyo para la gestión de obra pública. Siendo éste el promotor principal en la solución de necesidades de la ciudad, enfocado a dotar de servicios e infraestructura a la población. Tiene la facultad de implementar los servicios en temas de salud, seguridad, cultura, deporte, educación y administración pública. En este caso, el tema a desarrollar pertenece al género administrativo. A partir de los años cincuenta, el diseño de oficinas se ha convertido en uno de los campos de máxima especialización del profesional. Anualmente se diseña millones de m2 de esta naturaleza. La proliferación de negocios y la incesante demanda de oficinas han originado la necesidad de crear espacios capaces de alojar a miles de personas. La gente pasa literalmente parte de su vida dentro de un espacio de oficina, de la clase que sea, tomando el papel ya sea de usuario o empleado. El desafío para el profesional es el poder lograr un ambiente que invite a las personas a permanecer ahí, no solo físicamente, sino que también mentalmente, promoviendo una mayor productividad por medio de un ambiente de trabajo eficiente. Dada la época en la que vivimos y tomando en cuenta los altos costos de construcción, las oficinas deben albergar cada día un mayor número de personas, con el espacio suficiente para un óptimo desempeño. El contar con una oficina, con grandes dimensiones y sin hacer una gran inversión es todo un reto en la actualidad.
