The architectural design process undergoes sequential phasic conceptual, preliminary, basic and executive, to be considered comprehensive. The architect should strive to work it and clearly achieve it, creating a comprehensive architecture " project and estimate the monetary value space " and the ability to guide the user - owner in planning construction. This success also seeks better planning and scheduling of construction jobs and an optimization in construction time.
El proyecto arquitectónico experimenta el proceso fásico secuencial conceptual, anteproyecto, básico y ejecutivo, para considerarse integral. Cuando se desarrolla el proyecto arquitectónico durante el proceso de fase preliminar, anteproyecto y básico, no perdemos de vista mostrar una plástica resultado del estudio del antecedente del objeto arquitectónico de análisis. Cuando se llega a la fase ejecutiva, se descubre la problemática de no tener claro cómo desarrollar su expresión en los planos. Existe bibliografía de los diferentes temas, que son extensos, es comprensible que su elaboración sea complicada. De esta problemática surgió la inquietud de desarrollar un enfoque dedicado a los símbolos y expresiones gráficas que dan esencia a la temática del proyecto ejecutivo, basado en la normatividad que lo rige, enunciando los conceptos básicos de la temática ejecutiva. El arquitecto debe de esforzarse en elaborarlo y concretarlo claramente, creando una arquitectura integral: “proyectar y estimar el espacio en valor monetario” y la capacidad de orientar al usuario - propietario en la planeación de la construcción. Este acierto también procurará una mejor planeación, y programación de los trabajos constructivos y una optimización en los tiempos de construcción.
