This thesis project seeks to achieve satisfactorily achieving the architectural project that is comprehensive and goes according to the immediate context of the site. It intends to conduct a market study to determine whether the project will be profitable and therefore sustainable . The main objective is to make a project like Hotel that is comfortable for the user and beneficial to the project manager, will succeed in meeting the needs of the site on tourism . According to studies and surveys of the inhabitants, it can be said that domestic tourism and foreign tourists who come to the Tlalpujahuense informations, can contribute to an infrastructure project viable self-sustaining . Noting that the town development has recently presented an active box local tourism, which has not been handled properly. With the realization of this work is to: A project with an excellent distribution of space. Provide Tlalpujahua the project for a new hotel that has the adequate facilities for effective social functioning . Apply the construction project and the technologic advances. One of the main reasons for the creation of the project is that there is the possibility of creating new jobs that are currently required . The main intention is to provide people a place to provide basic services to visitors for a center of this nature
Esta tesis pretende que se logre proyectar de manera satisfactoria el proyecto arquitectónico logrando que sea integral y vaya acorde al contexto inmediato del sitio. Se pretende realizar un estudio de mercado para saber si el proyecto será? rentable y por consiguiente viable. El objetivo fundamental es realizar un Hotel que como proyecto sea confortable para el usuario y benéfico para el gestor de proyecto, se lograra? cubrir las necesidades del sitio respecto al turismo. Según estudios realizados y encuestas a los pobladores, se puede decir que el turismo interno y el turismo externo que llega a la región Tlalpujahuense pueden contribuir a que un proyecto de infraestructura auto-sostenible sea viable. Observando el desarrollo que el municipio ha tenido recientemente presenta un cuadro de turismo local muy activo, el cual no ha sido manejado apropiadamente. Con la realización de este trabajo se pretende: Realizar un proyecto con una excelente distribución de espacios. Proporcionar a Tlalpujahua el proyecto para un nuevo hotel que cuente con las instalaciones adecuadas para un buen funcionamiento social. Aplicar el proyecto los avances tecnológicos y constructivos. Una de las principales razones en la creación del proyecto es que exista la posibilidad de crear nuevas fuentes de empleo que actualmente son necesarias. La intención principal es proporcionar a los pobladores un lugar que brinde a los visitantes servicios básicos para un centro de esta naturaleza.
