Abstract

Central Trucking thesis project for the town of Tarimbaro Mich., is a project in the field of communications and transportation which main objective is to be the liaison between two major conurbations municipalities and urban centers as well as providing basic infrastructure posed by regulations having as a location the county seat, posing provide service to both passengers and drivers and administrative staff. The paper has a theoretical content based on field research in conjunction with government documents and information about them which is used to verify that the project is viable, affordable, and comply with the laws that govern this type of building in addition to its schematic planning need spaces and bachelorDegreeWork aspects that are fundamental in a second phase, the document shows an interpretation of the information gathered in research and projects in architectural drawings, architectural, structural, covered courts, installation, finishing and masonry below the prospects document shows an end view of the project in 3D and finally the cost of the project having as parametric unit cost basis.

Proyecto de tesis Central Camionera para el municipio de Tarímbaro Mich; es un proyecto en el ramo de comunicaciones y transportes el cual tiene como objetivo principal ser el punto de enlace entre dos municipalidades conurbadas y sus principales centros urbanos además de brindar infraestructura básica planteada por normatividad teniendo como punto de ubicación la cabecera municipal, planteando brindar servicio tanto a pasajeros como a personal administrativo y choferes. El documento tiene un contenido teórico basado en investigación a campo en conjunto con documentos gubernamentales e información de las mismas la cual se usa para que el proyecto compruebe que sea viable, costeable y cumpla la reglamentación que rigen este tipo de edificio además de su planeación esquemática de espacios a necesitar y otros aspectos que son fundamentales, en una segunda fase el documento muestra una interpretación de la información recabada en la investigación y se proyecta en planos arquitectónicos, cortes arquitectónicos, estructurales, cubiertas, instalaciones, acabados y de albañilería a continuación el documento muestra perspectivas de una vista final del proyecto en 3d y por último el costo del proyecto teniendo como bases costos unitarios paramétricos.
