This work is made with the purpose that this architectural project proposal impulses culture and the arts in the city of Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán, as it lacks cultural facility, therefore the cultural level of it is low; with the creation of this project to provide a building society in which they can develop their artistic sense and know the local, regional and national contemporary art,; also a proposal to combine this project with the recreational park, which is currently the use of the land on which it will be developed, but giving greater emphasis to the first. All this work involves fundamental research and analysis, which consists of regulations, weather, users, social site data, functionality, design, etc., for the creation of architectural project, which is the main objective of this research.
Este trabajo está realizado con la finalidad de que con la propuesta de este proyecto arquitectónico se impulse la cultura y las artes en la ciudad de Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán, ya que carece de equipamiento cultural, por lo mismo el nivel cultural del mismo es bajo; con la creación de este proyecto se brindará a la sociedad un inmueble en el cual puedan desarrollar su sentido artístico y conocer el arte contemporáneo local, regional, y nacional; con una propuesta también de combinar este proyecto con el parque recreativo, que es el uso que actualmente tiene el predio en el que se desarrollará, pero dando mayor énfasis al primero. Todo este trabajo conlleva una investigación y análisis fundamental, que consta de normatividad, el clima, usuarios, datos sociales del lugar, funcionalidad, diseño, etc., para la creación del proyecto arquitectónico, que es el principal objetivo de esta investigación.
