Centro de rehabilitación para personas con discapacidad motriz en Morelia

Abstract

To have a universal language, The International Classification of Functioning and Health defines the disabilities as a global term of deficiency, activity limitations and restrictions to participate about the negative aspect of interaction between the person and the context factors of the same. Michoacán estate, has the third national place with more population with disabilities, with approximately Two hundred sixty-seven thousand people; the capital of the estate, Morelia has the first place with more disabilities people in the estate of Michoacan, with a total of thirty-four thousand one hundred and sixteen people. The project: Rehabilitation Center for Disabilities People in Morelia will be the place where will give correct attention to the patient, helping people to have a better physical, mental or social optimal level; giving them the means to daily activities. This Center will treat to people with some kind of movement disabilities temporal or permanent, involuntary, or slow, reduced movements, without age limit. People aren't exempt to suffer some lesion throughout life that could cause a disability, for this reason this center doesn't have range of ages or sex distinction, but will be an unlimited center for all people who could need medical attention.

Para tener un lenguaje universal, la Clasificación Internacional del Funcionamiento, la Discapacidad y la Salud (CIF) define a la discapacidad como un término que engloba deficiencias, limitaciones a la actividad y restricciones a la participación, referido a los aspectos negativos de la interacción entre un individuo y los factores contextuales de ese mismo individuo. El Estado de Michoacán es el tercer lugar a nivel nacional con mayor índice de personas con discapacidad, teniendo una aproximación de 267 mil personas; Morelia su capital, está posicionada en el primer lugar a nivel estatal con mayor número de este grupo, albergando a 34116 personas. El Proyecto del Centro de Rehabilitación para Personas con Discapacidad en Morelia, será un lugar en el cual se brinde la atención adecuada para ellos, ayudando a que la persona alcance un nivel físico, mental y/o social funcional óptimo, proporcionándole los medios para adaptarse a sus actividades cotidianas. Este centro atenderá a las personas que presenten algún tipo de discapacidad motriz temporal o permanente, sin rango de edad. Las personas no son ajenas a sufrir algún tipo de lesión a lo largo de su vida, la cual le cause una discapacidad, por tal motivo no hay restricción de edades.
