Este proyecto pretende ser una vía por medio de la cual se ayude al reencuentro de una identidad entre la población mediante el conocimiento de sus raíces y costumbres, ello mediante un centro de exposiciones que por un lado muestre todo tipo de artesanías y productos elaborados en este lugar como lo son el vidrio soplado y la cantera, y por otro ayude a conservar la historia del Tlalpujahua minero. El objetivo que tiene este proyecto el construir un Centro de exposiciones que cuente con las instalaciones necesarias y adecuadas para lograr la reunión de una cierta cantidad de personas que buscan establecer un intercambio comercial o compras. De esta manera se podrá contribuir al fortalecimiento y progreso de la economía del municipio. Así también cumpliendo con los requisitos necesarios para un buen funcionamiento.
