Nuevo auditorio universitario para la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo "Samuel Ramos"

Abstract

The content of this paper describes the need for the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo to modernize the current auditorium "Dr. Samuel Ramos." The current infrastructure of auditoriums do not longer covers the current demands, Based on the observation, users of such buildings, resort to bachelorDegreeWork facilities that are not appropriate to properly develop an audience's own activities. It is for this reason that the Michoacana University has the opportunity to provide a new academic and cultural space that would benefit the city of Morelia. The growth and the current problems of this property have given space to the proposal of creating a space worthy of the university and to the city itself. In this paper a solution to an obvious problem is offered: the lack of an effective space perishable current conditions auditorium; it addresses bachelorDegreeWork issues that the University has on this space, as the offices of the Department of Cultural Diffusion and University Extension, required in the architectural program of the new university auditorium. Therefore to comprehensively resolve the conflicts, the total demolition of the existing building is planned; generating a response that generally resolve the demands of Nicolaitan community, generating new revenue and collaborating with healthy cultural development and college.

El contenido del siguiente trabajo expone la necesidad de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo por modernizar las instalaciones del actual auditorio “Dr. Samuel Ramos”. La infraestructura actual de auditorios ya no cubre las demandas actuales, En base a la observación, los usuarios de este tipo de edificios, recurren a otro tipo de instalaciones que no son apropiadas para desenvolver adecuadamente las actividades propias de un auditorio. Es por esta causa que la Universidad Michoacana tiene la oportunidad de brindar un nuevo espacio académico y cultural que beneficiara a la ciudad de Morelia. El crecimiento y la problemática actual de este inmueble han dado espacio a la propuesta de la creación de un espacio digno de la universidad, así como para la misma ciudad. En este documento se ofrece una solución a un problema evidente: la falta de un espacio eficaz, las condiciones perecederas del actual auditorio; la misma aborda otros problemas que la Universidad tiene respecto a este espacio, como las oficinas de la Secretaria de Difusión Cultural y Extensión Universitaria, requeridas dentro del programa arquitectónico del nuevo auditorio universitario. Por lo tanto para resolver de manera integral los conflictos existentes, se plantea la demolición total del actual edificio; generando una respuesta que resolverá de manera general las demandas de la comunidad Nicolaita, generando nuevos ingresos y colaborando con el sano desarrollo cultural e la universidad.
