Hotel de cuatro estrellas en Tacámbaro Michoacán

Abstract

The document that follows is related to a projected Tacámbaro the town of Mich Codallos hotel. Which was requested by the Town Council in order to provide your city promote tourism and economic growth of the same. A brief description of the needs and the concept of the hotel. In this paper the elements for the realization of a hotel, with previously investigated to solve the problem statement studies and research to determine to be based on laws and regulations of the state and municipality are described. Hence this paper is composed of four chapters in the first of these is briefly described which will contain the thesis and pose the main problems of the topic likewise give a solution to this problem, and having goals to follow for the proper performance thesis performing a research methodology. In Chapter II, an extensive research to know all the features of the site that are important to the subject, and so a study of the same depth and in relation to the changes that have been raised about human folly is performed. El documento que a continuación se presenta es relacionado con un hotel proyectado para la localidad de Tacámbaro de Codallos Mich. El cual fue solicitado por el H. Ayuntamiento con el objetivo de proporcionar a su localidad fomento al turismo, y crecimiento económico del mismo. A continuación se describe brevemente las necesidades y el concepto del hotel. En este trabajo se describirá los elementos para la realización de un hotel, con estudios previamente investigados para solucionar el planteamiento del problema, y para poder determinar la investigación se basaran en leyes y reglamentos del estado y municipio. De ahí que este documento esté integrado por cuatro capítulos en el primero de ellos se describe brevemente lo que va a contener la tesis y planteando los problemas principales del tema así mismo dando una solución para dicho problema, y teniendo objetivos a seguir para la realización correcta de la tesis realizando una metodología de investigación. En el capítulo II, se hace una investigación extensa para conocer todas las características de la localidad que sean importantes para el tema, y así mismo se realizó un estudio del a fondo y con relación a los cambios que han surgido respecto a las necedades humanas. En el tercer capítulo se realizó un estudio estadístico donde la información obtenida se comienza a utilizar, comenzando con el flujo de turistas que se registraron en los últimos años y en la actualidad, con estos datos se realizaron proyecciones para saber cuánto es lo que tendría de turistas en los próximos años y determinar el número de habitaciones requeridas, y de la misma manera tomando en cuenta los requerimientos mínimos del reglamento estipulado por la secretaria de turismo la clasificación de estrellas. Y con estos y otros datos se llega al programa arquitectónico y una propuesta del estudio técnico que se propone para dicho proyecto.
