Abstract

This thesis document, meets the need of society for adequate and quality education at the undergraduate level, for the study of the nature and chemical processes that concern living beings, taking place at the “Facultad de Químico Farmacobiología de la Universidad Michoacana”. The “Coordinación de Innovación Educativa”, requires the execution of a work that covers the problem and more generally, this so that it can support the accreditation has today and from there considered and from there to the next level of the same. For the elaboration of this architectural project and this document itself, analyzes various aspects were made to arrive at the best possible solution. Research both for how such institutions work was performed, and the particulars of this case. Immediate urban and natural landscape was studied on the location of this project, as well as the environmental characteristics were addressed in the design of the building, also making it comfortable to the user and according to one school at a public level. Regulations, guidelines and regulations were considered in the architectural design for it to be so attached to the reality that you can reach as a solid concrete and tangible fact. Likewise has a base budget, to get an idea of the cost of construction of this magnitude. The result of this project, is a striking contemporary building, designed to suit the peculiarities of the case that has the faculty, achieving not only keep the current accreditation, but seek a higher level giving greater prestige to the Universidad Michoacana in general.

El presente documento de tesis, resuelve la necesidad de la sociedad por una educación adecuada y de calidad a nivel licenciatura, en cuanto al estudio sobre la naturaleza y los procesos químicos que competen a los seres vivos, teniendo lugar en la Facultad de Químico Farmacobiología de la Universidad Michoacana. La Coordinación de Innovación Educativa, exige la ejecución de una obra que cubra el problema y otros más en general, esto para que pueda respaldar la acreditación que hoy tiene y a partir de ahí considerar subir al siguiente nivel de la misma. Para la elaboración del proyecto arquitectónico y de este documento en sí, se hicieron análisis en diversos aspectos, para poder llegar a la mejor solución posible. Se realizó una investigación tanto para conocer cómo funcionan este tipo de instituciones, así como de las particularidades de este caso. Se estudió el paisaje urbano y natural inmediato a la ubicación de este proyecto, al igual que se contemplaron las características ambientales en el diseño del edificio, logrando también que sea confortable al usuario y acorde a una institución educativa a nivel público. Normativas, lineamientos y reglamentos fueron considerados en el diseño arquitectónico para que éste sea tan apegado a la realidad que se pueda llegar a concretar como un hecho sólido y tangible. De igual manera cuenta con un presupuesto base, para tener una idea del costo de una construcción de esta magnitud. El resultado de este proyecto, es el de una edificación contemporánea y llamativa, diseñada a la medida de las peculiaridades del caso que presenta la facultad, logrando no solamente conservar la acreditación actual, sino buscar un nivel superior dándole mayor prestigio a la Universidad Michoacana en general.
