This project was developed with a new vision to understand the existing bureaucratic system in the State of Michoacán. And which has been given an architectural solution that responds to the situation that currently exists in the offices of the public and private sectors in the state of Michoacán. To prepare the architectural design and document different theoretical investigations were carried out, as well as consultations with government office workers in order to have reliable sources to give testimony and a contribution to the research project from which analyzed and was given an approach to the project. The urban and natural landscape of the property on which the project was developed, and these were considered for the design solution, along with bachelorDegreeWork factors such as the orientation of prevailing winds, geographic location relative to the sun's behavior was studied. All this to exploit natural resources. In the technical area were consulted with specialists in construction for proposed solution to building facilities, in addition to the structure and application of materials proposed for the project. All in order to provide a solution that serves as a blueprint for the development of the final project executive. Regulations and guidelines in architectural design to not have to suffer any modification and is a project with a real proposal were considered. The outcome of this project is a contemporary and striking building, designed to suit the needs of the users in this case are the workers employed by the Ministry of Communications and Works of the State of Michoacán, achieving not only meet employees, but also better results for society Michoacán.
El presente proyecto fue desarrollado con una nueva visión de entender el sistema burocrático existente en el Estado de Michoacán. Y en el cual se le ha dado una solución arquitectónica que responde a la situación que se vive actualmente en las oficinas del sector público como privado en el Estado de Michoacán. Para la elaboración del proyecto arquitectónico y del documento teórico se realizaron distintas investigaciones, así como consultas con los trabajadores de oficinas de gobierno, para poder tener testimonios y fuentes confiables que dieran un aporte a la investigación del proyecto, a partir de lo cual se analizó y se le dio un enfoque al proyecto. Se estudió el paisaje urbano y natural del predio en el que se desarrolló el proyecto, mismas que fueron consideradas para la solución del proyecto, además de otros factores como la orientación de los vientos dominantes, ubicación geográfica con respecto al comportamiento del sol. Todo esto para aprovechar los recursos naturales. En el área técnica se consultó con especialistas en construcción para las propuestas de solución a las instalaciones del edificio, además de la estructura y aplicación de materiales que se propusieron para el proyecto. Todo con el fin de poder aportar una solución que sirva de anteproyecto para la elaboración del proyecto ejecutivo definitivo. Se consideraron las normativas y lineamientos en el diseño arquitectónico para que no tenga que sufrir modificación alguna y sea un proyecto con una propuesta real. El resultado de este proyecto es el de una edificación contemporánea y llamativa, diseñada a la medida de las necesidades de los usuarios que en este caso son los trabajadores al servicio de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Obras Públicas del Estado de Michoacán, logrando no solamente satisfacer a los empleados, sino además mejores resultados en beneficio de la sociedad de Michoacán.
