The central theme of the thesis arises when considering the social and academic reality regarding the lack of a new educational building at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics, which aims to provide support for existing installations. Thus, the project is developing in response to the demand that may arise from the number of students and teachers who require adequate space for outside activities as would cubicles, thus putting special emphasis on the creation of spaces related to education in college. Now through design and possible construction of this building will achieve supply most of the users of the Institute, achieving cover a large range of students and teachers helping existing spaces do not have that on demand they have, making that better care for graduate students. The thesis project is of great importance not only to the Institute but to the Planning Department of the University and this department is very interested in carrying it out, this for the Institutional Development Plan of the University. It also seeks to show the formulations of what is intended to achieve with this research due to the characteristics that have the projection of the building will be appropriate to reflect on the importance of the notion of belonging in architecture, especially when it comes to character buildings public. The main core of the problem is aimed to create a space to achieve that meets the characteristics required and that these facilities are well suited to provide an appearance of comfort and tranquility. With the construction of this project, the aim is to create a campus building, where some activities of the institute are integrated, this the problem of not having the appropriate spaces.
El tema central de la tesis surge al considerar la realidad social y académica respecto a la falta de un nuevo edificio educativo en el Instituto de Física y Matemáticas, que pretende servir de apoyo a las instalaciones ya existentes. Es así que el proyecto a desarrollar es en respuesta a la demanda que puede surgir de alumnos y la cantidad de profesores que requieren de un espacio apropiado para actividades externas como serian cubículos, poniendo de esta forma especial énfasis a la creación de espacios relacionados a la educación en la universidad. Ahora bien con la proyección y posible construcción de este edificio se logrará abastecer a la mayor parte de los usuarios del Instituto, logrando así cubrir un alto rango de alumnos y profesores ayudando a que los espacios ya existentes no tengan esa sobre demanda que tienen, logrando esa mejor atención a los a alumnos de posgrado. El proyecto de tesis es de gran importancia no solo para el Instituto si no para el Departamento de Planeación de la Universidad ya que este departamento se interesa mucho en llevarlo a cabo, esto por el Plan de Desarrollo Institucional de la Universidad. Además se busca mostrar las formulaciones de lo que se pretende lograr con esta investigación, debido a las características que tendrá la proyección del edificio será apropiado reflexionar sobre la importancia que tiene la noción de pertenencia en la arquitectura, especialmente cuando se trata de edificios de carácter público. La base principal del problema va encaminado a poder lograr crear ese espacio que cumpla con las características que se requieren y que esas instalaciones sean adecuadas además puedan brindar un aspecto de confort y tranquilidad. Con la construcción de dicho proyecto, lo que se pretende es crear un Edificio dentro del campus, en donde se integren algunas actividades del instituto, esto por la problemática de no contar con los espacios apropiados.
