El presente proyecto se desarrolla respondiendo una necesidad de acuerdo a las demandas de la sociedad de la ciudad de Morelia, en el cual se le da una solución realizando una propuesta arquitectónica respondiendo los requerimientos y necesidades de la población. En el proceso de la realización del proyecto Centro de Cuidado y Estancia Infantil, se realizaron distintos recopilaciones de información enfocados al tema, así como casos análogos de proyectos similares, revisando también las normatividades y lineamientos que se deben de tomar en cuenta para el buen funcionamiento. Se realizó un análisis del sitio inmediato donde se proyectara el edificio, tomando en cuenta el equipamiento urbano, la infraestructura con que cuenta el lugar, revisando también las condiciones del terreno, todo estos factores se complementa el proyecto adecuándolo de acuerdo al análisis realizado. Para el confort del edificio, se analiza los factores climáticos, así como viento, temperaturas, asoleamientos precipitaciones y entre otros factores, todo esto aprovechándolo a favor y adaptarse a las condiciones climáticas, con ello permitiendo también la selección de materiales. Otro factor muy importante se revisa las normas de seguridad que establece los reglamentos de construcción, de acuerdo al género de edificio, esto con el fin de beneficiar el al proyecto de una manera que sea confiable en el momento de su uso y que a futuro no se realicen modificación que pueden alterar el funcionamiento del edificio. Como resultado de este proyecto es lograr un diseño arquitectónico que impacte a la sociedad satisfaciendo las necesidades de los usuarios que principalmente son los infantes que vivirán el espacio, recorriendo sus espacios.
